Can I exchange a product?
To make an exchange, the product must be in its original box, with the corresponding exchange or purchase receipt.
You can make the exchange at our stores in Recoleta. If you purchased online, you can request an exchange/return of a product by writing to us at shop@posco.com.ar or via WhatsApp at +54 9 11 4099-3563
The product(s) chosen as replacements must be of equal or greater value than the one paid for the product(s) being returned. If a product of greater value is chosen, the customer must pay the difference.
Can I return a product?
To return a product, you have 10 calendar days from the day you receive your purchase, and you can do so by email or WhatsApp.
Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original POSCO box. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds will be processed through the MERCADO PAGO platform and will be reflected on your credit card statement. Refunds are issued once the products are back in our possession.
You will receive proof of the refund once it has been processed. If more than 30 days pass and you do not see the refund in your account, please use that confirmation to present it to your bank so they can help you expedite the process.
Can I exchange or return a product from the SALE category?
Products from special promotions such as "Sale," "Last Pairs," and "2x1" can only be exchanged for products within the same category. Returns are only accepted for purchases made under "2x1" promotions if both items purchased are returned; a single product from such a purchase cannot be returned.
Discount coupons cannot be combined with other promotions and/or discounts.
How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
The deadline to make an exchange is 365 days from the receipt of the product.
The deadline to make a return is 10 days from the receipt of the product.
In the event that the product does not pass the quality control for having been used, damaged or stained, we will leave it available at the POSCO offices so that you can pick it up within 90 days of receipt.
It is important to note that the costs and risks associated with exchanges and returns are always borne by the buyer in all cases.

We ship through Shipnow, a company that centralizes all our orders and chooses the best carrier according to the area.
They pick up your order from our branch and take it to the post office. All shipping information will be sent to your email by them.
Once the post office provides them with the tracking number, they will send you a message with a link so you can track it.

Can I pick up my order at Casa POSCO?
Yes, you can choose in-store pickup.
You will be notified by email when your order is physically in the store. Remember to check your spam/junk folder. If you have not received the email after 48 hours, you can inquire via WhatsApp or email.
To pick up your order, you must present your physical or digital ID, which will be requested at the checkout. Remember that the ID requested must match the ID you provided when making the purchase.
The estimated time for pickup at POSCO house is 2 to 4 business days.
